HOW TO ADOPT/Application Form
Please fill out the application form below to be considered. Once the application is approved, a $500 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit can be placed to hold your puppy/kitten, and full payments are due before making the puppy or kitten’s shipping arrangements or a departure/pickup date. For those who live far from me, I can arrange shipping by air or a pet nanny to deliver the puppy/kitten to your nearest major airport from San Francisco International Airport. If you are not sure, we can discuss what kind of arrangement will be best for your particular situation. Please read the section on shipping below for more information.
Unless a puppy/kitten is adopted for the show purpose under an agreement, all of our puppies/kittens currently come with a neuter/spay contract that must be signed before our puppies/kittens will be placed in your care.
Our puppies/kittens will come with age-appropriate vaccinations, having dewormed routinely and vet checked before being placed in your home. Please make an appointment with a veterinarian of your choice immediately. Puppies/kittens need more vaccination as they grow, as well as flea/tick/heartworm medications are an essential part of their healthcare. Please keep your puppy indoors for the first 6 months of their lives to keep them safe from all kinds of parasites and infectious diseases outside since their immune system hasn’t developed fully. Kittens should be kept indoors at all times.

NEW POLICY: I am partnering with Trupanion Pet Insurance and all the puppies/dogs purchased from me will come with 30 day pet health insurance coverage. This policy starts immediately from the day they go home to the buyer. However, it is the buyer’s responsibility to activate it on the day of pick up. Without an activation of the Trupanion insurance, all health warranties will be void.
